SpeedTestOne provides estimated network measurements and educational information. Results can vary and are not a guarantee of service quality, provider performance or fitness for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for ordinary personal or business connection checks. You may not automate excessive tests, attempt to disrupt the service, bypass limits, probe infrastructure without authorization or use the service unlawfully.

Data usage

A speed test consumes network data. You are responsible for carrier charges, data limits and roaming fees associated with your connection.

Availability

The service is provided as available. Measurement servers may be limited, changed or unavailable, and features may be updated without notice. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely from a test result or for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
